Sureridge is a high-end outdoor clothing and supplies company based in Upstate New York, US. The company supplies top of the range products which promote and enable an adventurous outdoor lifestyle. They require a new brand identity that sparks excitement and interest in the great outdoors.
To reflect the brand’s high quality natural materials, I utilize close-up detailed imagery of textures found in nature; taking those colors and enhancing the most vibrant samples to create an almost neon color palette. Focusing on the word “ridge” in the company name, I created a friendly memorable icon of a dinosaur fashioning a ridged back as the logo. These textures, colors, and typefaces allow future creative flexibility while maintaining a familiar identity for Sureridge as their product line advances.
