Hans's Handmade Crafts // Brand Design

Hans is a craftsman who appreciates the rougher edges and charming imperfections of his work. He aims to create an online shop to sell his handmade leather bracelets to individuals with a rugged taste in accessories. As a designer and his daughter I went to work designing a trustworthy and memorable identity to kickstart his business while highlighting his unique traits as a craftsman.

Through concepting it was stressed that Hans wished to emphasize the imperfections of his handmade products in his brand. With this I created a confidently handwritten mark for the logo while incorporating imperfect shapes, aged details, and earthy colors. Extending this identity to a business card, a social media animation, and a flyer to provide great tools in making his shop known.
