KONG // Ad Campaign Concept
Kong needs little introduction as one of the most well known dog toy manufacturers in the U.S. They create durable rubber toys for dogs and cats alongside a range of other pet focused toys and products.
Kong focuses heavily on the concept of play and the durability of their toys. I wanted to create an ad campaign that expressed this alongside the spunk and attitude that our pets bring into our lives. I chose two phrases to work together in this campaign: “Calling all super chewers” and “We dogs need to PLAY!”. The verbiage demands attention as if Kong is working to make a change to better the everyday lives of our pets. I backed up this messaging with pictures of mischievous and energetic dogs.
