Raven’s Place is a fictional casual sit down restaurant that offers a space for a small second-hand bookstore. Raven’s Place provides the atmosphere of a cozy Victorian library with a touch of magic. Customers come to enjoy a low cost, comforting meal alongside cozy reading nooks and a library of second-hand books available for purchase. They require a logo that reflects its magical Victorian quality to announce their presence to passing bookworms.
I knew I wanted to feature the intricate decoration that Victorian designs showcase, I combined varied line weights and coils with the elegant feathers of the raven mascot. The most charming part of the mark being the raven’s head wielding a spoon, informing the public that this establishment serves food along with its aesthetic.
